Referral Terms

At Site-Specialist, we reward satisfied clients who refer us with a €100 including. VAT fee for each accepted project valued at €500 excluding. VAT or more. The following terms apply to keep the program fair and clear.


What counts as a valid referral?

A referral is valid if:

  • The referral is submitted by an existing Site-Specialist client.

  • The referred person or organization is not an existing client or active lead at that time.

  • The resulting project is worth at least €500 excluding. VAT.

  • The new client mentions your name (the existing client's name) during the first call. Alternatively, you register the client in advance by email or WhatsApp and we contact them. 

Verificatiestrategie (anti-fraude)

To abuse to prevent, hanteren we the next verification methods. At least one of these must from application are:

  • You meldt the referral vooraf to via e-mail or WhatsApp (inclusief name + contactgegevens).

  • The referred client noemt your name at it first contactmoment.

What do you get?

  • €100 including. VAT per aangenomen project from €500 excluding. VAT.

  • Payment is made within five business days after the project starts.

  • You ontvangt the vergoeding via Tikkie, bankoverschrijving or factuur (fully flexible).

What is excluded?

  • Referenties from mensen that no client are from Site-Specialist.

  • Referenties that achteraf become doorgegeven.

  • Jezelf aandragen, or under a other name.

  • Fake clients, test accounts or “gunprojectjes” that not serieus are.

  • Meerdere mensen that dezelfde client claim (than geldt: who if first correct meldt, counts).

  • Projects with a waarde from minder than €500 excluding. VAT.

Fraud or abuse

At poging to fraud or abuse volgen passende maatregelen, such as:

  • Permanente uitsluiting from it programma

  • Stopzetten from collaboration or uitbetalingen

  • Terugvorderen from onterecht receive bedragen

  • Informeren from other entrepreneurs within us netwerk

  • In ernstige gevallen: legal steps or damage claims on basis from o.a. art. 326 Sr (oplichting)
