Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • Contractor: Site-Specialist (STR Ecom VoF), based in Zaandam and registered with the Chamber or Commerce under number 96566434.

  • Client: Any natural person or legal entity that enters into an agreement with the contractor.

  • Agreement: Any agreement between the client and contractor concerning the delivery or services or products.

  • Services: All work performed by the contractor, such as web design, online-store development, maintenance, or support.


2. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all quotes, agreements, and services or the contractor unless otherwise agreed in writing.


3. Quotes and pricing

  • All quotes are non-binding and valid for 14 days.

  • Prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Additional requests or work outside the original assignment will be invoiced separately.


4. Execution from the opdracht

  • The contractor performs the assignment to the best or their knowledge and ability.

6. Payment

  • The payment term is 14 days after the invoice date.

  • At projects above €500 is 40% vooraf invoiced and 60% at launch.

  • For retainers and monthly subscriptions, the full monthly price is invoiced in one payment at the end or each month.

7. Maintenance Services and Monthly Subscriptions

  • At afname from a monthly subscription is the contractor responsible for updates, reparatie, small technical support and basic management, and possibly other agreed services.

  • Monthly subscriptions cannot be entered into for less than three months and have a one-month notice period.

  • The contractor is not liable for directly or indirect damage caused by use or the website.

9. Intellectueel ownership

  • All rights to the design and code remain the property or the contractor until payment has been made in full.

10. Cancellation and opzegging

11. Overmacht

12. Toepasselijk law
